Alioli 200ml

£2.99

Alioli, also known as aioli, is a sauce made from garlic, olive oil, and egg yolks. It is commonly found in Mediterranean cuisines and is often served as a condiment for seafood, vegetables, and potatoes. Our alioli uses the freshest garlic. It is picked day 1, transported overnight in green barrels, to then be used in production the very next day. This reduces the oxidization process, which is why the you get a really intense garlic flavour coming through.

Alioli, a creamy, garlic-infused Spanish sauce, is incredibly versatile and can elevate a variety of dishes with its rich, savoury flavours. Here are five delightful ways to use alioli:

  1. Dipping Sauce: Alioli shines as a dipping sauce for a range of items. Serve it alongside crispy patatas bravas, fried calamari, or fresh vegetables like carrot and cucumber sticks. Its garlic kick and creamy texture make it an ideal partner for anything you’d like to dip.
  2. Burger Topping: Give your burgers a gourmet twist by spreading alioli on the buns. Whether it’s a classic beef patty, a juicy chicken breast, or a vegetarian option like a portobello mushroom, alioli adds depth and creaminess to your burger.
  3. Seafood Enhancer: This sauce is also a natural complement to seafood. Drizzle it over grilled prawns, lobster, or fish for an extra layer of flavour. It’s particularly divine with paella, adding a garlicky richness to the dish.
  4. Potato Salad Dressing: Use alioli as a base for potato salad dressing. Combine it with lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and fresh herbs for a zesty and creamy dressing that elevates your potato salad to a whole new level.
  5. Sandwich Spread: Swap out traditional condiments like mayonnaise or mustard and spread alioli on your sandwiches. It’s especially excellent with roasted vegetable or chicken sandwiches, giving them a Mediterranean flair.

Whether you’re dipping, drizzling, spreading, or dressing, alioli is a versatile sauce that can transform your dishes into culinary delights. Its garlicky richness and creamy texture make it an essential addition to your kitchen repertoire. Contact us today at Victus Emporium to find out more.
